Course Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment can be made in one of the following ways: 

  • By debit/credit card (via SumUp) on the UKHab website; 
  • By direct bank transfer (against an invoice or after selecting ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ option at checkout on the UKHab website). 

Attendance on a course will only be allowed if: 

  1. Payment has been received in advance; or 
  1. A purchase order from the participant’s organisation has been received in advance; or (in exceptional circumstances) 
  1. UKHab has agreed to a late payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If an organisation or individual cancels a place:

  1. more than 2 weeks in advance of the course, a place on a future course can be arranged and failing that a refund will be made
  2. less than 2 weeks in advance the fee will be forfeit. All invoices sent by UKHab must be honoured.

Notes

  1. An organisation may transfer a booking from one individual to another – please advise UKHab training in advance
  2. Participants cancelling due to ill health or other family issues will normally be able to transfer to a later course at no extra cost
  3. Participants in an online course whose attendance is distrupted extensively by technical issues will be able to join a later course.
